  • All rentals are subject to a satisfactory reference and credit check.
  • A refundable security equivalent to one month's rent is required on all rentals.
  • A holding deposit of £100 is required for reference checks and administration fees. This holding deposit is not refundable.
  • Tenant's contents insurance is compulsory and will protect your deposit. This can be arranged by us at a very competitive rate.
